An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on September 16, 2019, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:09 p.m. for Jan?s Residential Home I located in Blackstone, Virginia. Upon arrival, the licensing representative met with the designated staff member in order to initiate a focused monitoring inspection. During the monitoring inspection, one specific document was reviewed per the facility's risk rating and plan of correction.
