An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 11-5-19 (ar 7:10 am/dep 7:45 am) and 11-7-19 (3:00- 3:45 pm) in the licensing office regarding a resident's dialing 911 and police responding to call, informed resident of abusing 911. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
