Description:	Based on interview and resident record review, the facility failed to implement their written policy regarding procedures to be followed when a resident's clothing or other personal possessions are reported missing. EVIDENCE: 1. On 5/30/2021 some clothing and possessions belonging to resident 1 were reported missing. 2. Page 2 of the facility's Personal Possessions Policy and Procedures states: "North Roanoke Assisted Living designated personnel will conduct an investigation and provide a written statement to the resident regarding their missing clothing and/or personal possessions in a timely manner.", and "...the results of the investigation shall be reported in writing to the resident." 3. Telephone interview with staff 1 reveals a written report with results of the investigation was not done, and the record for resident 1 shows notes were made about the missing items, however there is not copy of a report or results of the investigation in the record.
