Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at the facility to address a complaint in regards to staffing, dedicated medical supplies and equipment, and residents requiring physical assistance. A review of resident files, interviews with staff, a review of the staffing schedule(s), and an inspection of medication carts and supplies found the facility in compliance with the standards. The complaint was not supported and is determined to be invalid. Licensing staff also followed up on a self reported incident involving an altercation between two residents. A referral regardng the incident was received later from local social services. No violations will be cited.
