An unannounced non-mandated complaint inspection was initiated at the facility on 1/7/2020 and completed on 1/29/2020 to investigate allegations in regards to resident care, supervision and food consumption. Two licensing representatives reviewed medication administration records, physician orders/notes, documentation of hourly rounds, a speech therapy report and an individualized service plan. A review of file documentation found that the resident has gained weight since admission. The allegations were not supported, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
