Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on 10/2/2020 and concluded o 10/8/2020. The administrator was contacted to initiate the inspection. The administrator reported that the current census is sixty-six (66) residents. The inspector emailed the administrator a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed five (5) resident records, five (5) staff records, ( staff schedules, fire and health inspection reports, and other required program documentation submitted by the facility for compliance. Background checks were reviewed for all staff hired since the last inspection and were all found in compliance. Information gathered during the inspection determined no non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law, No violations were cited.
