An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 9/16/22 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/24/22 regarding Personnel, Staffing and Supervision, and Resident Care and Related Services. Medication administration, resident records and staff records were observed.
The complaint was determined to be 'not valid,' as a preponderance of evidence did not support the allegations. No violations were cited during the inspection.
