An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 3/17/22 and concluded on 3/31/22. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of Resident Accommodations and Related Provisions. Staff were interviewed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
