On 9/24/19 and9/25/19 Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced focused monitoring visit to ensure correction of violations cited during 7/24/19 monitoring study. Exit doors in the secured care unit were observed. All previous violations were found to have been corrected. No additional violations cited today. Exit interview held.
