On 4/14/2022 Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced focused monitoring visit to ensure correction of violations cited during 1/6/2022 complaint inspection. Reviewed the qualifications of agency providers that the facility has used to supplement staffing shortage. All previous violations were found to have been corrected. No additional violations cited today. Exit interview held.
