An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 10/3/23, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/15/23 regarding: Resident Care and Related Services. Residents were observed engaged in activities with staff. One resident record was reviewed. No violations were cited during the inspection and an exit meeting was held. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
