An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at the facility on 9/9/2019 from 8:55 am to 11:15 am. The facility had 5 residents in care. Five resident and two staff files were reviewed. Licensing staff interviewed residents and staff and reviewed all required program files and documentation for compliance. All previous violations were reviewed for compliance and were found to have been corrected as agreed upon. All new personnel records were reviewed since the last inspection for criminal history record reports and all were in compliance. No new violations were found or cited at this inspection.
