One licensing inspector conducted a virtual focused monitoring inspection at Green Acres on 02/22/2022. The inspection started at 11:30 am and concluded at 11:45 am. The focus of this inspection was to concentrate on areas of non-compliance. The licensing inspector talked with the administrator and provided a list of documentation needed to complete the inspection. As a result of this inspection no violations are being cited.
