Comments:

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office regarding resident discharge procedures. The preponderance of the evidence gathered and reviewed during the investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. An exit meeting was held with the administrator of the facility on 04/25/2022 via telephone, at that time the result of the investigation was shared and the administrator was notified there would not be any violations cited.
