Comments:

An unannounced 60 day monitoring inspection was completed from 10:20 a.m.-11:15 a.m. by Licensing staff. The facility does not have residents admitted at this time. Some but not all standards were reviewed for compliance. A tour of the physical plant was completed. A review of revisions of some policies and procedures was completed. The facility will notify the Department when residents have been admitted. Administrator and Licensee were presented the opportunity to ask questions related to the inspection. No violations noted during this inspection.
