A non-mandated focused monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/01/2021 and concluded on 11/01/2021 to follow-up on a high-risk violation cited during the facility's renewal inspection. The person in charge was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The licensing inspector (LI) emailed the person in charge a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. The LI reviewed the facility's control drug count record for October 2021.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no repeat violations. No violations were issued.
