Comments:

On 08/22/2019 an on- site renewal inspection was conducted at the facility. The facility's Administrator was on- site and made aware of the purpose of the inspection. Based on the census offered six residents, three staffs and other facility records were reviewed for compliance. During the inspection the lunch time meal and an afternoon medication administration pass was observed. Interviews with residents and staff were also conducted. There were no obvious concerns noted during the walk through of the physical plant. The administrator is encouraged to monitor current residents where the mixed population regulations could apply. The facility does have in care persons that receive Auxiliary Grant funds.
