A complaint investigation was initiated on June 4, 2024 at 10:50 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in response to concerns received by the Valley licensing office on May 23, 2024 in regards to supervision, programs and policies.
Observation of the toddler classroom was conducted. Staff interviews were conducted.
Additional observation of the toddler classroom was conducted on June 25, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and again from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Additional staff interviews were conducted.
Based on the preponderance of the evidence collected, the complaint regarding supervision, programs and policies was determined not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
