The Licensing Inspector initiated an unannounced monitoring inspection on 5/20/2024 and completed the inspection on 05/24/2024. The inspector was on site from 4:25pm until 5:10pm.
There were 9 children under the care of 2 staff. The ages of the children ranged from five to eleven years old. The children were observed during indoor free play and outdoor play. Three children?s record and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
