Evidence:
The record for staff 4, start date 09/05/2023, did not have documentation of a completed central registry record check.Plan of Correction: The central registry check for staff 4 was completed upon hire. The administrator is working on getting a copy of the results for the file. In the future the administrator will ensure the results of completed central registry background checks are filed within 30 days of employment.
