An unannounced renewal inspection took place on 06/03/2024 from 3:18 p.m. to 3:58 p.m. There were a total of 28 children supervised by two staff members. The children were observed arriving to the program, washing hands, eating snack, engaged in various activities including puzzles, reading , STEM activities and painting. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, 5 children records, 3 staff records, emergency drill logs and emergency supplies were reviewed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence:
Child #5's(DOE: 8/21/2023) file did not have documentation of an immunization record.Plan of Correction: The center will call the office to obtain the immunization record today.
