A scheduled inspection was initiated and concluded on 7/3/2023 to inspect and measure an additional classroom (room #163) that was completed in the recently constructed wing of the center. There were no children present in the new space. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant and programming. The classroom was set up for two year old children and had a variety of age appropriate equipment and materials available. The classroom has a direct exit to outdoors. The space was measured and will accommodate up to 13 children. There is one sink and one toilet available to the children n this room. The inspection started at 12:20 pm and concluded at 1:00 pm. The Certificate of Occupancy has been updated to include this additional space. The program will begin utilizing this space but does not wish to increase their licensed capacity at this time.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
