*Reviewed requirements for management oversite of the center with the Owner/Director. Also discussed evacuation drill requirements, as well as storage of staff' personal belongings.

A complaint was received in the licensing office on 5/14/2024 regarding care and protection of children, evacuation drills, and staff qualifications. On 5/15/2024 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted , records were reviewed and observations were made. Additional interviews were conducted by phone. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
