An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 21, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:25 am until 10:30 am. There were four children present with one provider supervising for a value of 12 points. Children were observed playing with the kitchen set and watching a children?s show. Infants were rocked, played in the exersaucer, were rocked, and napped.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing
and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records and one provider record were reviewed. The inspectors interacted with the provider and children in care.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
