The laundry closet was unlocked, leaving cleaning materials accessible to children.Plan of Correction: Corrected during the inspection. We will make sure the door is always locked.

The bathroom in the 3's classroom does not have toilet paper.Plan of Correction: Corrected during the inspection, we will make sure to check each bathroom each morning.
