An unannounced inspection was initiated and concluded on 5/8/2024 in response to a self report received by the licensing office on 5/1/2024 relating to an injury requiring outside medical attention. The inspection included a tour of the playground, interviews, and document review.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
