Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-H Description: Based on a review of records, the provider did not ensure all caregivers annually complete the Virginia Annual Health and Safety course, sponsored by the Department of Social Services.
Evidence: 1. The records of Staff #1 (DOH 4/5/02) contained documentation of the 3-hour preservice training dated 3/25/21.
2. The records of Staff #2 (DOH 4/8/13, and Staff #3 (DOH 3/20/12) each contained documentation of the 3-hour preservice training dated 3/24/21.Plan of Correction: Make sure that staff complete Health and Safety updates yearly by the end of February.
