Standard #: 22VAC40-185-80-A Description: Based on observation and interview with the director, the center did not keep an accurate record of children in attendance. Evidence: 1. At approximately 11:00am on 5/21/20, there were six children documented on the attendance for the "Busy Bees" classroom, but there were five children in the classroom. 2. At approximately 11:05am on 5/21/20, there were eight children documented on the attendance for the "School Age" classroom, but there were nine children in the classroom. Plan of Correction: The attendance was updated for both classrooms during the inspection and the teachers were retrained by the owner.
