A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on October 24, 2023. The inspector was onsite from 10:25am to 2:50 pm.
There were 17 children present, ranging in ages 2 to 10 years, with 6 staff supervising.
A total of five child records and eight staff records were reviewed. During the inspection, the children and staff were observed participating in a variety of activities to include outdoor activities. Staff were observed having positive interactions with the children. All areas of the center were inspected to include the bus being used to transport children.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the subsidy supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
