An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/12/24 and completed on 7/15/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/11/24 relating to allegations of physical plant and supervision of children. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
