The vendor shall maintain, in a way that is accessible to all caregivers, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. This list shall be dated and kept confidential.

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 03/01/2024 and concluded on 03/01/2024. At the time of entrance there were 7 children in care with 2 caregivers. The ages of the children counted for a total of 16 points.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
