Standard #: 8VAC20-800-690-D Description: Based on interview and observation, the diapering suface was not cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Evidence: The cleaning solution used to clean and sanitize the diaper changing pad after each use did not meet the definition of a sanitizing product as required.Plan of Correction: The diaper changing area flooded. I will make sure to use the bleach water again.
