An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
There were 10 children present (31 points) with 3 caregivers. Children were observed resting quietly, playing with age appropriate toys and equipment.
6 cribs with appropriate manufacture dates, emergency evacuation drills, fridge temperature, menu, training hours (18+) completed and posted documents were all in compliance.

One child did not have a bottom cover while sleeping on a cot.Plan of Correction: I have cot covers and will have one used for the child.
