Standard #: 22VAC40-111-140-B-3 Description: Based on record review and interview, the provider does not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training.
Evidence: The providers CPR training expired 11/2019. The provider stated that she has started the online training to renew the training but has not completed it yet.Plan of Correction: I'll finish the online training do complete the in-person exam.
