An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on July 17, 2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on July 12, 2024 relating to programs. The inspector reviewed one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
