Today was the annual staff file review for Loudoun PRCS conducted by VDOE. A sample of each recreation and/or community center's staff files were reviewed.
Discussion of possible future on-site staff file reviews. This was in regard to the internal computer system that can be accessed at each separate site location.
Training hours will be reviewed during the next inspection.
Discussion of noting lockdown training for senior staff.

Staff File Review - The following inspection took place between the hours of 10 am through 3:30 pm. Staff files were reviewed by a representative from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Fairfax) and through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services? main office located in Leesburg, Virginia. Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
