An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 6/3/2024 from 10:20am to 12:25pm with the Director. There were 52 children in care, ranging in age from six-months to five-years-old, supervised by 10 staff. The children were observed being fed bottles, having diapers changed and hands washed, having sunscreen applied, and playing on the playground. Six child records and five staff records were reviewed. The Center has 18 staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as trained in Daily Health Observation. Five medications and authorization forms were reviewed, and the center has three staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, allergy list, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 10/19/23 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 7/19/23. Please complete the "Plan of Correction" and "Date to be Corrected" areas on the Violation Notice for each violation cited and return to me by close of business on 6/11/24.
