Discussed separating linens and maps , hazardous substances and staff station outside in the play area. The center owner discussed the new standard about carbon monoxide detector. The front building was built prior 2015 will need a carbon monoxide detector. The 2nd build was not built prior to 2015. The owner will continue to submit question about new standards and about requirements for subsidy for clarification.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a in person tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 12/03/2021 and concluded on 12/03/2021. The director/provider or in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 33 children present and 8 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
