A complaint inspection was conducted with the director on December 28, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 12:10 p.m. The inspection was conducted to investigation allegations related to building or facility maintenance. Staff interviews were conducted. Facility documentation was reviewed. The allegations were determined to be valid.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-630-B Complaint related: Yes Description: Based on observation and staff interviews, the vendor did not ensure that all areas inside the occupied by children were maintained at a temperature no lower thank 68 degrees. Evidence: The hall way and bathroom areas of the facility were below 68 degrees. The thermostat displayed a temperature of 66 degrees. Plan of Correction: Not available online.
