Standard #: 22VAC40-111-830-A Description: Based on observation and interview, it was determined that emergency evacuation procedures were not practiced monthly.
Evidence:
1) The emergency evacuation drills log for 2019 did not have a fire drill documented for the month of December.
2) The provider stated that she must have forgotten.Plan of Correction: In the past months I have been dealing with the health problems and subsequent death of my brother. I must have forgotten. I will make sure I complete the drills monthly. The drills for the month of January were already completed.
