Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on 06/06/2024 from approximately 10:20 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. There were six children present and one provider during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. Five child records and one caretaker record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards. Please sign and complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to me within 5 business days. Your plan of correction should contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s), 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventive measure(s). Description:	Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure food brought from home was clearly labeled in a way that identifies the owner. Evidence: Licensing inspector observed multiple lunch boxes in the refrigerator that were not labeled with the children?s names.

Description:	Repeat violation Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure the hot water at taps available to children were maintained within a range of 105 - 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Evidence: The water temperature for the hall bathroom sink tap used by the children registered 130 degrees. It was tested with a digital thermometer.
