An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider on May 8, 2024, beginning at 11:53 a.m. and ending at 1:05 p. m. There were 4 children, ages 5 months, 17 months, 3, and 4 years old, in the care of one caregiver for a total of 11 points. The children were observed playing with toys while age-appropriate musical videos were playing on the television. Three children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider?s record and two household members records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance.
