1. Reviewed requirement for a caregiver to have medication administration training (MAT) prior to give a prescription emergency medication on-site that belongs to a child.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 10:30am-12:45. Observed 9 children totaling 25 points with 2 caregivers. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed having active outdoor playtime, washing hands, eating lunch, being diapered and playing with toys inside. The caregivers were actively engaged with the children and promptly tending to their needs. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found.
