The licensing inspector completed an inspection in response to a complaint regarding supervision. The Department was notified of the incident on 01/29/2020. On 02/19/2020, the licensing inspector and officials from local agencies were on site from approximately 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM interviewing staff, conducting observations at the center, and reviewing documentation.
