A complaint inspection was initiated on June 25, 2024 and concluded on June 25, 2024 in response to a complaint received pertaining to staffing and supervision. During this inspection, the licensing inspector conducted Interviews with staff and did observations. Based on the information gathered during the inspection was determined there was no preponderance of the evidence gathered. Therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
