Technical assistance was provided regarding requirements for tuberculosis screening and testing. The tuberculosis screen or test must be signed by a physician, physician's designee, or health department official.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:05am-12:55pm. There were 47children directly supervised by 9 staff and all classrooms were in ratio. The physical plant, outdoor playground area, center buses, programming, menus, 6 staff records, 7 children's records, 6 medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging in water play, reading books, doing stamp crafts, completing learning activities on the computer, listening to storytime, handwashing, playing with building blocks, and coloring. Lunch served today was beans and franks, whole wheat bread, peas, applesauce, and milk. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Adequate staff on site are trained in CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration Training and Daily Health Observation. No violations were found during today's inspection.
