An announced staff record review inspection was conducted on 05/15/2024. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 9:00 am and departed at 10:55 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-530-C Description: Based on observations and record review, the center failed to ensure that there shall be at least two staff members who hold a current CPR/first aid certification present on the premises during the center?s hours of operation, on fieldtrips, and wherever children are in care.
Evidence: Staff 2 was the only staff member with a current certification in CPR/first aid from approximately 2:40 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. during the 04/18/2024 on-site inspection.Plan of Correction: Will have the staff attend a class.
