An announced staff record review inspection was conducted on 05/15/2024. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 9:00 am and departed at 10:55 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable subsidy vendor requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-D-1 Description: Based on record review, the vendor failed to ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall have a current certification in CPR within 90 days of employment.
Evidence:
1. The record for Staff 1 contained a documented hire date of 10/09/2023. Staff 1 does not have a current certification in CPR.
2. The record for Staff 5 contained a documented hire date of 09/18/2023. Staff 5 does not have a current certification in CPR.Plan of Correction: Will get certification.
