A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 7/19/24from 9:00am to 10:15am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 9:15am and ended at 11:35am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 127 children present and 28 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
