Comments:
A renewal inspection was initiated on July 10, 2024 10:09 am until 11:30 am and completed on July 11, 2024. There were 11 children in care and 2 staff supervising and 2 administrative staff on site. The inspector completed observations of the children completing an ice cream hat craft at the table, engaged in free play activities, and interacting with their peers and staff. A total of 3 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.

Description: Based on review of staff record and interview, the center did not ensure to obtain a copy of the results of a search of the central registry.

Evidence: In Staff#2's record (date of hire: 04/08/24), there were no results of a search of the central registry found.
Interview with staff confirmed the results were not available during the inspection.
